Tickets can be purchased from the ticket counters and the travel centre, both situated on the main concourse. Automatic ticket machines are next to the Rail Connections and the Customer Reception desks, and also inside the doors of the Navigation Street entrance.

First aid is available at the Network Rail Reception, Rail Connections, and at the Customer Reception office (please see map for locations). If you are unable to make your way to any of the points mentioned, you should ask a fellow traveller to find a member of staff who, if unable to administer first aid, will radio for someone who can. If you have a mobile phone, call Network Rail reception on 0121 654 4288.

Toilets are located on the station platform link bridge, off the main concourse.
