Tickets and information Tickets for Scottish destinations are available at the ticket office on the main concourse, while tickets to other destinations can be purchased from the travel centre at the Gordon Street entrance. Taxis The taxi rank is in Gordon Street across from the front of the station. Alternatively, please visit traintaxi ltd for further information. Buses A bus service operates from Gordon Street at the front of the station, to Glasgow Queen Street Station and Buchanan Bus Station. Parking APCOA manages parking facilities at Glasgow Central They can be contacted on 08450774224. The NCP long-stay car park has pedestrian access from platform 13. Post code is G1 3PE. The British Transport Police office is on the west side of the station, beside the entrance to the low level and station car park. First aid Available by contacting any member of Network Rail staff. Toilets Toilets are accessed from the main concourse. Toilets for those with special needs are also available on the main concourse; there is a help phone at the entrance to the toilet - please phone for access. Photo booths There are a number of photo booths at the station where photos for passports, travel passes and other identity documents can be obtained. Additional assistance Assistance is available within the station though more effective help can be given if you call 48 hours in advance. A passenger assistance buggy is available, as well as wheelchairs and ramp. Bureau de Change There is a Bureau de Change at Currency Express. Bicycles There is a bicycle rack close to platforms 12 and 13. Left luggage Left Luggage is a secure place where you can leave items of luggage for collection later. The left luggage office is on the concourse and is open between 07.00 – 23.00.
